Miksang
November 2004 - San Francisco
Miksang is a Tibetan word that means 'Good Eye', and is based on the Dharma Art teachings of the late meditation master, artist and scholar, Chögyam Trungpa, specifically his teachings on the nature of perception. The class focused on isolating elements of perception and capturing but not manipulating what first caught your eye.
